Yazoor Terms & Conditions

Definition of our terminology as used within this document

  • A ‘ Client ' is a person, persons, business or organisation using any of the services provided by YAZOOR.
  • A ‘ Design task ’ is any work being undertaken by YAZOOR on the request by the client, which is confirmed by the confirmation email.
  • The ‘ Design idea ’ is then ideas that YAZOOR will share to gather feedback and response from the client before the final design.
  • The ‘ Final design ’ is the final and complete design of the project task.

General Terms & Conditions:

  • The contract between YAZOOR and the Client will be on these conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
  • Any variations to these conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing.
  • A deposit must be paid of 50% of the price before any work starts, this is to cover the cost of any work during the design task.
    A further     25% payment on approval of the overall design concept.
    The final 25% payment is to be made on completion of the design task.
  • Only 50% of the deposit is refundable.
  • YAZOOR reserve the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason.
  • The 50% deposit is not refundable after the 'design ideas' have been agreed upon.
  • Email will be the method of contact with regard to all communication. Although YAZOOR can be contacted by telephone, we will use email as our method of communication and therefore it is the Client's responsibility to inform us of any change in email address so we always have up to date email contact details.
  • YAZOOR shall expect the Client to carry out sufficient research before proceeding with a design task. This will include checking that the website/idea/business will operate legally.
  • YAZOOR will not design anything which intends any kind of hate or discrimination.
  • YAZOOR remains some rights over all design tasks undertaken. Therefore no design work is allowed to be altered, reused or resold.
  • Payment methods: YAZOOR accept payment from Paypal, and bank transfers, cheques and cash. Payment details will be disclosed as and when the time for payment arises. A payment will only be accepted once we receive the payment into our account.
  • Our pricing on all services is subject to change. prices shown on the website or otherwise are only estimates. Pricing may increase/decrease pending on difficulty/skills/resources required for the project.

Web

  • Websites can be bought in 5, 7 and 10. 7 pages are the required minimum before requesting extra pages.
  • Extra functions such as Galleries, Contact forms, Calendars etc carry an extra charge.
  • Websites designed using flash are not priced as usual web pages. YAZOOR has no set price and therefore will only quote the price to the Client after the project idea is discussed.
  • Before proceeding with web design, all server details and domain information must be provided to YAZOOR, in order for YAZOOR to begin work immediately.
  • If the client has no existing server or domain name YAZOOR offer this service from $150 p/y.
  • YAZOOR will also provide a tutorial on how to update and maintain your website design.

Print

  • Client must provide essential pictures, logos etc for creating the poster. Material should be sent in highest possible quality.
  • YAZOOR is not responsible to purchase or find images relevant to the poster topic, however the decision to do so depends on YAZOOR.
  • Posters will be sent in .pdf format, with 300 dpi (minimum) - other formats / sizes & resolutions may be asked for.
  • Client must provide YAZOOR information of required file formats/sizes and resolutions, this is as independent print services all have their own specifications.
  • YAZOOR offer business card and letterhead printing and have guide prices for this service (see prices/print page for more information)
  • We do not offer printing for Posters, Flyers or Brochures - however we have contact with a printing service that offer best quality printing at competitive prices. Contact YAZOOR for more details on this.
  • YAZOOR will package and post the prints to the Client's address. Postage and Package charges are exclusive of the guide prices shown on this website or elsewhere.

Logo

  • Logos are created in set of 3, 5, 7 and 10
  • If the client orders 3 logo designs, we will only present 3 logo ideas and so on.
  • Client may only choose one of the logos however; they are allowed to request alterations to all the presented ideas - in order to meet their requirement.
  • Logos will be sent in small resolution and with watermark until full payment is made.
  • Logos will be sent in the following formats: .psd .jpeg .png .gif .eps (any other format may be requested)
  • Logos will be sent in the size; 10 x 10 inches, with print resolution of 500 dpi (any other size, resolution may be requested)

Motion

  • Animation is priced by size, time and format
  • YAZOOR will only present 1 design idea - as animation based work is a more time consuming task. This idea may be developed further, according to client satisfaction. Client may ask for a new idea altogether, this carries an extra charge.
  • Relevant media; photos, music logos must be provided to YAZOOR in order for them to create the animation to suit the client.
  • Motion graphics can be for the Web, TV, DVD ...anything!

Custom

  • Prices will be based according to how many hours needed to complete the project. Also the skills and resources needed to complete the project successfully. Therefore the price is subject to throughout the project.
  • YAZOOR remains the right to charge the client with any price that it thinks is fair. This price is negotiable by the client.
  • Same method of payment applies (50% deposit, 25% mid-way and 25% on completion)
